Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, record keeping, coordination with departments, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
- Perform data entry and prepare reports accurately.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and internal documentation.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative records.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
- Verify and process documents as per company requirements.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record management.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support management with administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
