Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales and customer service activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Maintain call records and update CRM or database
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required
