Job Description – IT Sales Executive (Work From Office)Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
- Handle client communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update reporting sheets regularly.
- Maintain and manage client data in the client reporting sheet.
- Share daily work updates and sales progress with the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services such as Website Development, App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- MS Office and CRM knowledge is a plus.
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
