Installation and Configuration: Set up network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and fiber devices.Monitoring and Maintenance: Track network performance using diagnostic tools, apply firmware updates, and perform routine health checks.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity faults, hardware failures, and security alerts across network layers.Security Management: Configure firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to protect data and infrastructure from threats.Documentation: Record daily service calls, system configurations, network changes, and asset inventories.
