The role
LCX is a regulated crypto exchange. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead our India operation: a senior, hands-on leader who runs day-to-day operations, sets a high standard for execution and professionalism, and helps the organization scale. You will be the most senior operational leader on the ground in India and report directly to the CEO, working alongside the founder and the functional leaders who own technology, exchange, compliance, and the other domains.
What you will do
- Lead day-to-day operations across the India organization and set the pace and standard for how teams work.
- Own the operating cadence: clear priorities, tracked decisions, committed deadlines, and reliable follow-through.
- Be a present, visible leader in the office, close to every team.
- Be accountable for team performance, attendance, conduct and delivery, and build the systems that keep execution on track.
- Champion company-wide security and DevOps standards and operational best practices.
- Build the operational maturity, processes, and reporting that support the company’s growth.
- Oversee office, administration, vendors, and facilities, and coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal.
What you bring
- 15+ years in operations, general management, or country leadership, ideally in a large, well-run organization with strong operational rigor. Exceptional candidates with less tenure and the same track record will be considered.
- A proven record of building high-performance, accountable teams.
- Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management. You command respect through substance.
- A fast, responsive communicator, online and in person.
- Strong command of Indian operations and workforce management.
- Experience in a regulated, fintech, or high-growth environment is a plus.
How the role sits
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- The most senior operations leader in India, partnering with the founder and the functional leaders, who retain their domains.
Typical backgrounds: COO, Country Manager, Head of Operations or General Manager.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
