Job Responsibility :
- Production Assistance: Assisting with primary (blister, strip) and secondary (cartooning, labeling) packing, loading packing materials, and handling manual packaging.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
- Area Cleanliness: Ensuring cleanliness of the packing area and equipment, managing waste disposal.
- Line Clearance: Supporting the setup and clearance of packing lines before and after batch production.
Typical Requirements :
- Education: Minimum 10th-standard pass.
- Skills: Ability to work in shifts and follow technical instructions.
- Experience: Often 0–6 years; entry-level positions are frequently available.
- Age: Usually between 20 and 35
