Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of proven experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, team management, channel partner development, and achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Drive sales of residential apartments, villas, plots, and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure effective lead management through CRM and follow-up mechanisms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Conduct sales reviews, forecasting, and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with prospective customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with project, finance, and customer relationship teams for seamless sales closures.
- Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
