Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with 8–10 years of expertise in handling finishing works for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishing, timely execution, and coordination of all interior and exterior finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and polishing.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor workmanship and material quality for all finishing activities.
- Prepare and track finishing schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve finishing-related issues.
- Ensure proper curing, surface preparation, and final finishes as per standards.
- Maintain site documentation, measurements, and billing coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-end or luxury finishing projects.
- Knowledge of modern finishing techniques and materials.
- Experience in handling multiple sites.
