Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation and execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Stack & Tower Parking, ELV systems, External Façade Lighting, DG, STP, and other MEP services.
- Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (civil, finishing, etc.) for smooth project integration.
- Inspect and test materials received on-site to ensure compliance with BOQs and purchase orders.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings in coordination with consultants.
- Raise indents for MEP materials and maintain accurate stock statements.
- Conduct material reconciliation and track usage.
- Review consultant drawings and raise RFIs where necessary.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, NBC, IS standards, and client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Excellent coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IS standards, NBC codes, and safety regulations.
Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
