The Role: We are NOT looking for a "Table Manager." We are looking for a hardcore "Field Commander." Your primary job is to lead a team of highly energetic, hungry, and street-smart Medical Representatives (MRs). Your success will not just be judged by your top performers, but by your ability to train and extract sales from the weakest MRs in your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of fresh and experienced MRs (You will be responsible for coaching and developing young, high-potential field executives and MRs.).
- Daily Execution: Ensure strict daily compliance with our "12 Core Calls + 5 Reminders" system.
- Joint Working: Spend maximum time in the field doing Joint Working with your team. (All joint working is tracked via our geo-fenced custom "Doctor Call System").
- Real-Time ROI: Drive daily Personal Order Booking (POB) from chemists and ensure real-time order punching in the company CRM.
- Credit & Discipline: Maintain strict discipline regarding stockist credit limits and ensure zero misuse of company promotional inputs/gifts.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hardcore Pharma Sales experience (1-2 years of ABM experience preferred, but highly aggressive top-performing MRs looking for a promotion can also apply).
- Must have a strong doctor network in Mathura HQ (Managing Mathura, Agra & Gwalior Dholpur, bharat pur Territory)
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using mobile-based CRMs, Daily Call Reporting software, and real-time tracking apps.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to teach "Concept Selling" to freshers.
- Ready to sweat in the field and lead by example.
- Lead and develop a team of 4–5 Medical Representatives
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.Ensure doctor coverage, prescription generation, and stockist productivity.
