No NC from customer / system / internal audit / Certification Audits
. Ensuring shop floor systems ( IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
implementation.
. Conduct the Internal audit/Product Audit and Process Audit as per
schedule.
. Collect the MRM data's from all department and arrange the meeting
with Top management.
. 5S audit conduct monthly basis in Zone wise and co-ordinate & close
the NC points within the target date.
. Conduct and record the daily plant performance meeting points.
. Maintaining the customer complaint register for all customers.
. Monitoring of Kaizens department wise.
. Develop Execute and monitor systems and procedures in accordance
with IATF16949, EMS and OHSAS specifications to ensure certification and
passing of surveillance audits.
. Monthly prepare quality objective tracking (Automotive and
Non-automotive)
. Monthly prepare list of process measurable (Automotive and
Non-automotive)
. Contingency plan validation should done once in a year
. Willing to take Additional Responsibility as Customer
Representative.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
