We are seeking a skilled Electrician to execute electrical installations for residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning electrical systems while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Install conduits, wiring, switch boxes, distribution boards (DB), and electrical accessories.
- Execute electrical work as per approved electrical layouts and specifications.
- Install and connect lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, sockets, switches, and power outlets.
- Carry out wiring for air conditioners, kitchen appliances, workstations, and specialized equipment.
- Install and terminate low-voltage systems such as CCTV, LAN, intercom, access control, and fire alarm cabling.
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical circuits before handover.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults during execution.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, civil contractors, carpenters, and HVAC teams to avoid service clashes.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and site regulations.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and materials responsibly.
- Report daily work progress and site issues to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Support snag rectification and post-completion maintenance during project handover.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical installations.
- Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Qualifications
- ITI Electrician or equivalent technical qualification.
- Basic understanding of Indian electrical standards and safety practices.
Experience
- Residential Projects: Minimum 2 years
- Commercial Interior Fit-outs: Minimum 3 years
- Experience in turnkey interior projects is preferred.

- Timely completion of electrical installations.
- Quality of workmanship with minimal rework.
- Compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Zero major electrical defects at project handover.
- Effective coordination with site teams.
- Proper testing, commissioning, and documentation of completed work.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
