A. Food Preparation & Cooking (Back of House)
· Recipe Compliance: Prepare and cook all menu items strictly according to Yumzo's standardized recipes, precise portion control, and specific presentation guidelines. Consistency is key to our brand success.
· Mise en Place (Prep Work): Ensure all operational ingredients, base sauces, chopped items, and raw elements are prepared, quality-checked, and safely stored well ahead of operating peak hours.
· Quality and Temperature Control: Constantly monitor food storage temperatures, taste standards, and freshness. Immediately alert management and discard any sub-standard or expired ingredients.
B. Customer Service & Billing (Front of House)
· Guest Relations: Greet every customer with an active, welcoming smile. Since the kiosk operates in Tamil Nadu, staff are highly encouraged to learn and use basic Tamil greeting phrases (e.g., 'Vanakkam', 'Nandri') to build excellent rapport with local families and visitors.
· Order Management: Accurately input guest requests into the Point of Sale (POS) system. Efficiently handle cash transactions and digital payments (UPI) securely while strictly ensuring accurate change is returned.
· Upselling & Communication: Politely suggest add-ons, refreshing beverages, or combo meals during order placement to help drive the kiosk's daily revenue goals.
C. Hygiene, Cleaning & Maintenance
· Clean-As-You-Go: Maintain an impeccable workspace throughout your shift. Keep cooking griddles, serving counters, and assembly equipment wiped clean at all times.
· Deep Cleaning Protocols: Execute standard operational opening and closing deep-clean checklists daily. This includes sanitizing preparation surfaces, scrubbing down oil fryers, and deeply mopping the kiosk floor zone.
· Stock Rotation (FIFO): Strictly follow the First-In, First-Out rule for all dry goods, chilled products, and proteins to prevent shelf expiry and minimize operational wastage.
3. Working Time, Shifts & Holidays
· Daily Shift Commitment: Total of 11 working hours per day, which comfortably includes a combined total of 1 hour for designated food and rest breaks.
· Kiosk Timing Alignment: Operational shift hours are scheduled flexibly to match Carnival City's high-traffic periods (e.g., typically configured from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM). Schedule variants will be clearly updated by the management.
· Weekly Off Policy: 1 operational day off per week. Because weekend family crowds are maximum, weekly offs are strictly restricted on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public festive holidays. Off-days are rotated among crew members between Monday and Thursday.
· Public Holidays & Festivals: Working on high-volume national or state holidays might be requested based on operational needs. Compensatory time off or attractive performance-based financial incentives will be safely extended at the management's discretion.

Monthly Net Salary
₹13,000 to ₹18,000 per calendar month (structured fairly depending on evaluated domain experience and culinary skillset). Disbursed securely by the 10th of every following month via formal bank transfer.
Free Accommodation
Clean, comfortable shared housing provided completely free of cost close to Carnival City. Includes all core utilities (uninterrupted water supply, household electricity, ceiling fans, and neat individual bedding setup).
Food & Provisions
Free On-Duty Meals: Crew members can consume designated menu items during operational shift breaks.
Free Off-Duty Rations: A healthy monthly supply of raw dry provisions (Rice, Atta, Dal, Cooking Oil, etc.) is delivered directly to the staff accommodation quarters for self-cooking.
Travel & Relocation Support
Full reimbursement of a one-way train ticket (Sleeper Class tier) spanning from the staff's home province/city directly to Nagercoil Junction. Reimbursed smoothly upon successful completion of a standard 3-month operational probation period.
Medical & Welfare Support
Immediate accessibility to fully stocked professional first-aid items inside the kiosk. Medical emergency expenses stemming from work-related injuries are heavily supported and looked after directly by the company management.
