Job Title: Area Sales Manager – AAC Blocks
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth for AAC blocks in the construction industry. The role focuses on regional sales performance, key account management, and market expansion through strategic planning and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth
- Develop and expand business with builders, contractors, architects, and developers
- Identify new project opportunities and grow market share in the assigned territory
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key clients
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and major project closures
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain for smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and ensure timely collections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of sales experience in building materials / construction industry (AAC blocks preferred)
- Strong experience in project sales and channel management
- Ability to work in a target-driven, field-intensive role
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
