About Incasa Mobili
Incasa Mobili is a furniture and interiors business focused on quality products, strong design, and efficient operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain GST invoices and documentation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Verify bills, expenses, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in furniture, manufacturing, retail, or trading businesses.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Experience handling high-volume purchase and sales transactions.
