History taking / performing GPE / Complete work u1 p of all patients.
Filling Medication charts.
Doing Minor procedures by consultants order (RT, Foleys,Suctioning etc)
Making discharge summaries.
Receive appropriate guidelines from consultants.
Informing consultation status of patients.
Analysis of investigation & Drugs prescription in SOS cases.
Going on ambulance calls.
Attending training classes.
Overall responsible for all activities related to patients in the wards.
To go for rounds with consultants.
