About the Role:
We are looking to hire a Customer Support Executive who can communicate confidently with international clients and provide timely assistance throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work based on client availability and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, updates, payments, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with international clients over phone calls.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work with flexibility based on client availability and business needs.
Good computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Prior experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client handling will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
