We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly articulate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly convey information, actively listen to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment for property buyers
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet visitors, answer questions, and build rapport to provide an exceptional first impression of our real estate brand.
- Communication Management: Handle inbound calls, screen messages, and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate real estate agent.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings, appraisals, and client meetings while maintaining the office calendar.
- Correspondence: Draft, monitor, and reply to general office emails and written correspondence with high professionalism.
- Office Coordination: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain a tidy reception area, and order front office supplies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be articulate, polite, and a confident listener.
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure real estate environment.
- Professional Demeanor: A polished, positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
