Job Summary
Yashodeep Knowledge Hub is looking for a dynamic and proactive Training and Placement Officer (TPO) to strengthen industry collaborations, coordinate campus placements, and enhance students' employability through training and career development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters for campus placements.
- Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
- Organize aptitude training, soft skills, personality development, and interview preparation sessions.
- Guide students in resume writing, career planning, and interview readiness.
- Arrange internships, industrial visits, guest lectures, and career guidance programs.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, and recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify students' training requirements.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure maximum student participation in placement activities.
- Represent the institution at industry networking events and placement forums.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, HR Recruitment, or Career Services.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online recruitment platforms.
