Job Title: Sales Executive – Conference & Events
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our conference and events team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring delegates/sponsors, and driving revenue for conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Sell conference delegate passes, sponsorships, and exhibition packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and event teams for successful event execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events/conferences
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales or event industry
- Strong networking and client management skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
