Experience Requirements
Field Engineer: 1–3 years of experience in telecom tower operations.
Educational Qualification
Field Engineer: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Field Engineer Requirements
Candidate must possess a personal laptop for reporting, documentation, and work-related activities.
Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for site visits and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of telecom equipment.
Troubleshooting site issues and performing fault rectification.
Executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinating with NOC, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to SLA commitments, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Maintaining accurate documentation and submitting activity reports.
Managing escalations and providing support during audits and compliance checks.
Availability for on-call support during network outages and critical incidents.
Willingness and physical fitness to work at heights.
Hands-on experience in tower climbing activities.
Sound knowledge of tower safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
