* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
* Meet quality and productivity targets
* Follow company policies and customer service guidelines

* Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night and graveyard shifts
* Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days’ notice are preferred
