Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives with hands-on experience on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. If you have a passion for client acquisition, proposal writing, and closing deals in the IT services domain, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
- Write compelling proposals and pitch projects effectively
- Handle client communication and build long-term relationships
- Manage bidding strategies to improve win rates
- Conduct market research in IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, CRM)
- Achieve revenue targets through platform-based sales
Required Skills
- Proven experience on freelance platforms (preferred)
- Excellent written English (proposal writing & communication)
- Understanding of IT services (Web Dev, Digital Marketing, CRM tools)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience managing freelance accounts
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Tech / BCA / BBA / MBA preferred)
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Sales / B2B
- Immediate joiners with active freelance profiles will be prioritised
