Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Solar Maintenance Coordinator. You will act as the primary bridge between our field technicians and our clients. Your main responsibility is to manage client communication via WhatsApp, providing visual proof of our services and handling incoming maintenance requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Monitor and manage client WhatsApp groups actively.
- Visual Reporting: Collect, organize, and share high-quality "before and after" solar cleaning pictures with clients in real-time.
- Service Coordination: Receive, log, and prioritize inbound client maintenance and breakdown calls.
- Technician Dispatch: Schedule and coordinate field technicians to resolve client maintenance issues quickly.
- Issue Tracking: Maintain a basic log of client complaints and resolution statuses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Tech Literacy: High proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, smartphone cameras, and basic photo-sharing tools.
- Communication: Clear, polite, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple client groups simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle client complaints tactfully.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar panel systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
