We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining strong ROI and business outcomes.
This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, campaign management expertise, conversion optimization, and a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Generate quality leads and drive customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion-focused strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance and business growth.
