Job Description :-
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution; a Master's Degree in Architecture (M.Arch.) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience, preferably on industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or factory projects.
- Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and interdisciplinary coordination for complex projects.
- Software Proficiency
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with working knowledge of Revit preferred.
- BOQ and Estimation Skills
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, specifications, and quantity take-offs for architectural works.
- Regulatory Knowledge
- Good understanding of local development regulations, building by-laws, and statutory approval processes.
- Communication and Coordination Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with various project participants.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
