We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for retail and sales employees.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Deliver training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
- Monitor employee performance after training and recommend improvement actions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to branches if required.
- Experience in training, preferably in retail or sales industries.
Education: UG/PG
Experience: 5 years
Salary: 15K to 25K

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
