Mojigao Restaurant is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused restaurant host / hostess to create a warm first impression and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating.
- Assist with guest enquiries and communicate effectively with the service team.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
