Key responsibilities include:
- Creating visual text and imagery concepts using computer software.
- Communicating ideas that inspire and captivate consumers.
- Developing production designs and overall layouts for advertisements, emailers, banners, products, brochures, and more.
- Designing graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs, such as logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and print products.
- Deciding how images and text fit into specific layouts and sizes.
- Collaborating with copywriters on text design and creation.
- Amending designs based on stakeholder and client feedback.
- Scanning final graphic designs for typos and errors before publishing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and CorelDRAW.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with HTML coding and designing emailers.
- Familiarity with both offline (print ads, brochures) and online (social media, videos, reels) creative communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when scanning designs for errors.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with copywriters, marketing teams, and clients.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
