The Academic Coordinator cum Counsellor plays a dual role crucial to the center's success. As an Academic Coordinator, you will oversee daily preschool and daycare operations, ensure the seamless delivery of the EuroKids curriculum (HEUREKA), and mentor teaching staff. As a Counsellor, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador, managing parent inquiries, conducting admissions counseling, and driving center enrollment.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Center Coordination
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure teachers strictly adhere to the EuroKids curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies.
- Classroom Audits: Regularly observe classrooms to maintain high standards of teaching quality, student engagement, safety, and hygiene.
- Staff Mentorship: Train, guide, and motivate preschool teachers and support staff; manage scheduling, teacher attendance, and resource allocation.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute school events, celebrations, field trips, orientations, and annual day activities.
2. Admissions & Parent Counseling
- Lead Management: Walk prospective parents through the campus, handle telephonic and email inquiries, and maintain meticulous records of lead follow-ups.
- Admissions Counseling: Educate parents on the EuroKids philosophy, curriculum benefits, child development milestones, and center facilities to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for parents. Address grievances, communicate student progress, and organize regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
3. Center Operations & Administration
- Documentation: Maintain absolute accuracy in student databases, attendance logs, admission registers, and inventory records.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure the center's visual layout, classroom setups, and play areas strictly comply with EuroKids international standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori training, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or Child Psychology is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a preschool environment as a senior teacher, coordinator, or center administrator.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to converse comfortably in the local language (Telugu) and Hindi is a major advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, empathetic, patient, and highly skilled at building rapport with young children and anxious parents alike.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails) and capability to handle preschool management applications/apps.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
