Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design and planning for villas, luxury homes, apartments, and residential projects.
* Develop concept designs, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
* Prepare GFC drawings, construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, project managers, vendors, and site engineers.
* Conduct site visits and monitor project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Handle client meetings, presentations, approvals, and design revisions.
* Ensure compliance with building bye-laws, NBC standards, and local authority approvals.
* Review material specifications, finishes, and construction quality standards.
* Mentor junior architects and design team members.
* Manage timelines, project coordination, and design execution efficiently.
* Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthrough presentations for client approvals.
* Work closely with execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
