Key Responsibilities
Content Creation Shoot and edit high-energy Reels and TikToks. You’ll be responsible for capturing BTS, styling sessions, and "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) content.
Aesthetic Curation: Maintain a cohesive, "on-brand" Instagram grid. You know the difference between a filler shot and a hero shot and how to make them work together.
Community Management: Engage with our followers in real-time. This means replying to comments, sliding into DMs with helpful styling advice, and fostering a "best friend" vibe with our audience.
Trend Spotting: You see a trending audio or a meme format before it hits the mainstream and know exactly how to pivot it to fit a clothing brand.
Live Coverage: Capture content during photoshoots, pop-up events, or fashion weeks to give our audience an exclusive look behind the curtain.
Influencer Seeding: Coordinate with micro-influencers to ensure they are posting high-quality content and tagging us correctly.
