- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare quotations, work orders, invoices, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with customers for document collection and follow-ups.
- Handle TNEB, MNRE, and other statutory documentation processes.
- Maintain office files, records, and digital documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Support HR with onboarding, employee records, and office policies.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
