We are hiring experienced Automotive Design Engineers for a reputed MNC client. Candidates should have strong expertise in NX CAD (UG NX) and automotive component design and development.
Open Positions:
- NX Exterior Trims – 4 Positions
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years
- NX Interior Trims – 2 Positions
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
- NX Plastic & Sheet Metal – 2 Positions
Experience: 6 to 9 YearsExperience: 3 to 6 YearsKey Requirements:
- NX Fuel Routing – 1 Position
NX Interior & Exterior Trims
- Strong experience in UG NX / NX CAD
- Automotive plastic trim design and development
- Experience with Instrument Panel, Door Trim, Console, Pillar Garnish
- Experience with Bumper, Grille, Fender Trim, Wheel Arch Cladding and Exterior Garnishes
- Understanding of manufacturability, tooling feasibility and quality standards
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
NX Plastic & Sheet Metal
- NX modelling methodology and construction tree knowledge
- Surface Modelling, Solid Modelling and 2D Drafting
- Parametric Design and Feature Management
- Sheet Metal Design and Manufacturing Guidelines
- Plastic Part Design, Tooling Direction and Rib Design
- A, B and C Surface Creation
- Injection Moulding Process Knowledge
- PLM Release Process and BOM Management
- Proficiency in MS Office
NX Fuel Routing
- Automotive Fuel Line Routing Design
- NX Solid Modelling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting
- Tooling, Manufacturing and Assembly Feasibility
- Vehicle Packaging Requirements Knowledge
- Technical Proposal Preparation
- Automotive Exterior Component Development Experience
