Document Verification Executive is responsible for evaluating, authenticating, and validating various physical or digital documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies or industry regulations. This role plays a critical part in preventing fraud, maintaining data integrity, and protecting sensitive information.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe day-to-day duties typically include:
- Document Review & Authentication: Examining submitted documents—such as KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID), employment proofs, educational certificates, and financial statements—to ensure they are genuine and not tampered with.
- Database Comparison: Cross-referencing document details against internal databases, CRM systems, or external verification platforms to confirm accuracy.
- Dispute & Fraud Management: Identifying anomalies, discrepancies, or potential forgeries, and escalating suspicious documents to the concerned department or management.
- Record Keeping: Inputting and maintaining organized logs, profiles, and MIS (Management Information System) reports of verification outcomes.
- Compliance & Security: Ensuring all processing adheres strictly to data privacy laws and company compliance standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Usually requires a minimum of a High School Diploma (HSC) or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, typing speed, and basic computer/portal operating knowledge.
- Industry Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (0-4 years) are readily hired across various sectors.
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Pay: ₹10,076.09 - ₹32,506.53 per month
