Job Summary :
We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to maintain strong client relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, coordinate with internal teams, manage revenue collection activities, and support business growth through effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Understand client requirements and provide necessary support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status.
- Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain client records and communication details.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and revenue collection.
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely revenue realization.
- Assist in monthly revenue planning and collection targets.
- Support business growth through client retention and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity and revenue reports.
