Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Provide direct nursing care, assess patient history, and monitor physiological status/vital signs.
- Execution: Safely administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
- Specialized Care: Perform techniques and routines specific to assigned departments (e.g., ICU, OT, or Ward).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, admission/discharge summaries, and individualized care plans.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to infection control, aseptic techniques, and hospital safety protocols.
- Communication: Coordinate with doctors and the nursing in-charge to update on patient status changes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing is mandatory. (Post Basic B.Sc./M.Sc. is a plus).
- Registration: Must have valid RN/RM registration from the Tamil Nadu Nursing and Midwives Council.
- Certifications: Knowledge of BLS/ACLS is preferred.
- Skills: Strong empathy, clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office for digital reporting.
