- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming travel enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Understand customer travel requirements and offer appropriate tour packages.
- Coordinate booking schedules, itineraries, and reservation entries.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Web.
- Customer-first attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or the tourism sector is highly valued, but freshers with great passion are also welcome.
