Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations Intern based in Rishikesh to support our local, on-ground sustainability initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive individual who will manage local logistics, field operations, and community engagement to ensure the smooth execution of our green projects.
Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand (On-site / Field-based)-
Duration: 6 Months + PPO(Based on performance)
What You'll Do

On-Ground Operations: Travel across Rishikesh to monitor and manage local sustainability projects and waste management sites.

Logistics & Coordination: Oversee the daily collection, transport, and supply distribution of materials.

Community Engagement: Interact with local vendors, cafes, and residents to drive awareness and compliance with sustainable practices.

Data Tracking: Maintain daily logs of operational activities and report progress using spreadsheets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the remote project management teams to sync field reality with company goals.
Who We're Looking For

Local Resident: Must be currently residing in Rishikesh and possess a strong understanding of the local geography.

Conveyance Requirement: Must own a working two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid driving license for mandatory daily field travel.

Background: Students or recent graduates from Environmental Science, Business, or Sustainability backgrounds are preferred.

Passion for sustainability, green technology, and community development.
- Strong verbal communication skills (Fluency in Hindi is required; local Garhwali dialect is a plus).
- Energetic, physically fit for field work, and comfortable with independent problem-solving.
