ey Responsibilities
- Clinical Management: Immediately assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses or trauma.
- Resuscitation: Lead resuscitation efforts for critical patients in the ED.
- Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
- Patient Flow: Oversee ED patient flow to ensure efficient, safe care and timely admissions.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance patient safety.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patient attendants regarding patient condition.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification: MBBS with MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine or MEM (Master in Emergency Medicine).
- Experience: Typically 16 years of clinical experience in emergency care.
- Skills: Proficiency in emergency procedures, critical care management, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
