Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling.
- Maintain student records and follow-up activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding admissions and student requirements.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and student relationship management abilities.
- Ability to guide and mentor students.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of career counseling and training programs is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship roles preferred.
