Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects independently from concept development to final execution while coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and furniture layouts.
- Create and review 3D designs, mood boards, and material presentations.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior designers.
- Ensure designs comply with project budgets and timelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of working drawings, detailing, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a design team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Ability to manage projects from concept to handover.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
