Job Title: Field Marketing Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Field Sales/Marketing Preferred)
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers to promote and sell products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Generate leads, conversions, and repeat business through direct interaction
- Present product quality, pricing, and value proposition effectively
- Gather market insights, competitor data, and client feedback
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups
- Ensure consistent brand representation and communication
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in field sales/marketing (FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in face-to-face selling and negotiation
- Self-driven, result-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage daily travel and client visits
- Basic understanding of Excel/reporting is a plus
Performance Expectations:
- The candidate should be proactive and output-focused, with a strong drive to generate business
- Ability to convert leads into clients efficiently and build a steady pipeline
- Consistent effort in daily field activity and follow-ups
