Inside Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can engage with prospective customers, understand their business challenges, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a consultative sales approach and strong relationship-building skills to help customers identify the right solution for their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound prospects to understand their business requirements.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and solution consultations through virtual meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Required Skills
- Strong business communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solution-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Confidence in conducting virtual meetings and product demonstrations.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
- 1 – 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Solution Selling.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
