IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Franchise Development to lead our Franchise Calling Team and support our nationwide franchise expansion.

Location: Office-Based
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Business Development Interns/Executives.
- Assign daily calling tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Track daily KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Franchise Development Team for effective lead management and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Franchise, Banking, or Insurance sector will be an added advantage.
