Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The candidate will coordinate with employees, vendors, visitors, and management while maintaining office facilities, records, supplies, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Maintain employee attendance and support leave and administrative records.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment, and inventory.
- Monitor and manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendors, and coordinate purchase of office requirements.
- Maintain administrative bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements for employees and management when required.
- Manage visitors, incoming calls, courier services, and general office communication.
- Organize meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and internal programs.
- Ensure office facilities and common areas are maintained properly.
- Track AMC, service contracts, renewals, and maintenance schedules.
- Support HR and management with administrative activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Prepare administrative reports, MIS, and expense statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Identify administrative issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Administration/Office Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, office management, facilities, or a similar role.
- Experience in vendor coordination and office procurement is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
