Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and place qualified professionals in various positions across India.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and guidelines.
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
