Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D mechanical models, assemblies, sheet metal components, and manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo.
Candidates must have practical hands-on experience in Creo, particularly in Part Modeling, Sheet Metal, Assembly Modeling, and Drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D part models and assemblies using PTC Creo Parametric.
- Develop sheet metal, fabricated, and machined components.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and detailed component drawings.
- Create assembly drawings and maintain BOMs.
- Apply engineering drawing standards and GD&T.
- Modify existing designs based on engineering and production requirements.
- Support engineering change management and design revisions.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and production-ready.
- Provide design clarifications and technical support to production teams.
- Coordinate with production and vendors during manufacturing.
- Complete assigned design projects within project timelines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fabricated structures and welded assemblies
- Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
- Exposure to automation machinery, SPMs, or industrial equipment
- Ability to understand manufacturing requirements and design for manufacturability
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Who Can Apply?
Candidates with a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and relevant hands-on experience in PTC Creo are encouraged to apply.
