Role Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post jobs on portals and social media
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage offer letters and joining process
- Maintain recruitment tracker and meet hiring targets
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- 1/2 years experience can apply
Salary: As per industry + incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
