Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify potential hospital and healthcare clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, references, field visits, and networking
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Convert inquiries into confirmed consulting projects
2. Client Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with doctors & healthcare investors
- Understand client requirements and project scope
- Assist senior team during client discussions
3. Proposal Framing & Documentation
- Prepare and customize consulting proposals
- Coordinate cost estimation inputs with internal teams
- Send proposals and ensure timely follow-ups
- Track negotiation stages and closure progress
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain structured lead database in Excel/CRM
- Update daily follow-up tracker
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Monitor conversion ratios and pipeline status
5. Travel & Field Work
- Travel to different cities for
- Client meetings
- Site visits
- Business development activities
- Travel frequency depends on project and lead requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA (Healthcare Marketing preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Fresher with strong communication skills may apply
Required Skills
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Confident in client handling
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (lead tracking & reporting)
- Proposal drafting ability
- Strong follow-up discipline

Compensation
CTC: ₹2.5 – 4 LPA (Depending on communication skills, conversion capability, and overall caliber.)
